AI BDR is a review queue for account-strategy proposals. Producers create evidence-backed tasks; reviewers decide whether a proposal should move forward.

Understand the states

An item can move through states such as:
  • Awaiting approval
  • Approved
  • Executed
  • Rejected
These are Forge workflow states. They help the team track review and disposition.
Approving an AI BDR item does not itself send an email, update the connected provider, or run an agent. Marking it executed records that workflow state; it does not perform the external action for you.

Review a proposal

1

Read the proposed action

Identify the account, opportunity, intended recipient or owner, and desired outcome.
2

Inspect the evidence

Open linked records, files, and events. Confirm the evidence is current and belongs to the right account.
3

Analyze in Chat

Use Analyze in Chat to open an account-scoped conversation. Ask for missing evidence, risk, and a safer alternative if needed.
4

Decide

Approve when the proposal is useful and ready for the next human step. Reject with a reason that helps the producer improve future proposals.
5

Execute outside the state change

Complete the actual communication or provider update through the appropriate supported workflow.
6

Record completion

An authorized administrator can mark the item executed after the external work is complete.

Review standards

Check that the proposal:
  • is relevant to the account’s current situation;
  • uses evidence rather than unsupported personalization;
  • has a clear owner and next action;
  • does not overstate a commitment;
  • respects account communication preferences and internal review policy.
