Forge Projects turns source material and team knowledge into a structured work plan, then keeps delivery context close to the tasks and people doing the work. Project lifecycle from scope through plan, delivery, coordination, and learning. ## Main project surfaces * **Projects** is the portfolio and project-detail view. * **Tasks** brings assigned project work into a focused list. * **Templates** preserves repeatable project structures. Inside a project, you may see **Overview**, **Chat**, **Work Plan**, **Schedule**, **Related Tickets**, **Activity**, and **Files**. ## Work as one project team Turn requirements, prior work, and constraints into a clear proposed project. Coordinate phases, people, estimates, dependencies, progress, and risk. Investigate and deliver tasks with the project plan, files, and Chat in context. ## Forge and the source project Forge can create, surface, and update supported project data for connected PSA providers. The PSA remains authoritative for provider-specific status, billing, time, and administration. Available project fields and write actions vary by provider and organization configuration. Project and template access is permission-controlled. If you cannot create or edit a project, ask an administrator to check your project permissions and the connected PSA.
